As part of XOUXOU’s modular product ecosystem, I led the development of a new bag line designed to extend the brand’s core identity beyond smartphone accessories. The goal was to create products that seamlessly integrate with the existing portfolio while introducing new use cases and product categories.

My role covered the full development process, including concept creation, product strategy, material research, construction development, supplier communication, prototyping, testing, and production coordination. The designs focused on functionality, modularity, and premium material execution while maintaining a cohesive visual and functional connection to the existing XOUXOU product range.
